Sunday, September 15, 2024 –On X formerly called Twitter, creators and users have a chance to make a living of the mega social platform recently acquired by tech guru and world’s richest man, Elon Musk.
The introduced X‘s Ad revenue-sharing feature allows users worldwide to share in the earnings generated by any Ads displayed in the replies section of the user’s content.
For example, this is how it works, if I post content on X and there is an Ad in the replies of my post, I can get a cut of the money earned through the organic impressions of that Ad placement so long as I’m a subscriber on X.
“The Ad money will otherwise be kept by X if you are not an X Premium (Blue) subscriber,” billionaire Musk stated in one of his new posts.
To be eligible for your Ad revenue share, you must be an X Premium (Blue) subscriber. The Ad money will otherwise be kept by X if you are not an X Premium (Blue) subscriber. Interestingly, this program is open to everyone.
The four a must meet requirements to be eligible include: be an X Premium (Blue) subscriber, receive at least 15 million total impressions on your posts in the last 3 months, have at least 500 followers, and be at least 18 years old.
Kenyans are included in the countries that creators can earn from these new features as the new owner continues to come up with many other ways to help both the company and the followers to earn something from the giant American platform.
