How to own Business and Employ People

Microsoft Inc, Facebook, Twitter now called X, YouTube etc are a few giant tech enterprises that all started in their own small way but grew up into fully-fledged world businesses that have proven beyond imagination.

Learn to create job if employment is not your thing. If employment is not your luck, start something and you will be surprised at how much the small business you thought was a joke could grow and become bigger and your only crucial source of income.

Always keep in mind that there is never a small idea that cannot become anything. Even looking at your age, you were something small way back but, nowadays, you are a man or a grown-up woman who can get married and have own family.

If you want to become a successful business man, always keep trying and don’t always keep giving up. Try something for a year or two before you resolve to quit or change. Some businesses just requires abit of time to stabilise. So, never be fast to make a decision or judgement against your idea. Be polite just like you would for yourself.

Lastly, when you are lucky to start making some sales, consider reinvestment and bringing in persons who can help you as assistants. Be careful not to overload your business operations’ budget.

It goes without saying that, remember to share some of your income with the less fortunate in the society and with God as tithe so that to protect your life from bad plans. This cannot be overemphasised!
