Politician and Businessman Cyrus Shakhalaka Jirongo has lost his daughter, Lorraine Elizabeth Khalamwa Jelagat Jirongo.
Mr. Jirongo lost the daughter this week and plans to lay her to rest are underway with her body already flown to her village home in Kitale.
Politicians, friends and relatives have started arriving at the home for burial preparations and support.
Lorraine, the daughter of former Lugari MP Cyrus Jirongo, will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at the family’s Kitale home following a funeral service at AIC Milimani in Nairobi on Wednesday.
The burial will take place on Friday at AIC Sinendet Kitale, with a private interment to follow.
