Monday, September 9, 2024 –High Court in Nairobi has directed Muthaiga Country Club to allow city lawyer Donald Kipkorir to also access their facilities on invitation by friends.
In a ruling delivered today Monday September 9, Kipkorir received the reprieve following his application to force the members’ club management to allow him to meet friends whenever he is invited.
The lawyer had made the application after he was recently humiliated by the management who did not allow him in, days ago despite friends waiting for him.
He reported that the club owners allowed him to be stopped from accessing the facility that is known to be accessed only be affluent men and women in the society.
