Monday, March 27, 2023 –Kenyatta’s Northlands City Farm is on fire just hours after it was raided by protected goons.
The multimillion farm was today at the center of invasion by a destructive group of over 50 plus persons who cut down trees and ferried animals away in complete broad day light.
An official report from authorities was yet to be released but the invasion was seen to be organised by those opposed to the ongoing protests against the government and which they feel are sponsored by the Kenyatta family.
“IG koome the ‘tough talking police chief @NPSOfficial_KE who deploys police to block and tear gas lawful demonstrations but sits idle while hired goons invade and destroy private property of a retired president and commander in chief,” Azimio’s Martha Karua rebuked the government.
Lawyer Donald Kipkorir, on the other hand, was concerned by the razing down of the farm which he disclosed that it houses the most expensive school and other high-end facilities on land.
“Peponi School, one of the most exclusive & expensive school is in Northlands. It has children of the richest families in Kenya, Africa & of Diplomats & Expatriates in Kenya. In allowing Mungiki terrorists to invade, pillage & burn the property, what message is the Police sending?” he commented.
Northlands property in Ruiru is located along the Eastern bypass and, today morning, tens of Intruders invaded the property and left behind destruction of unknown value.
