Streets in Tanzania almost came to a crash as bongo star Diamond Platnumz went to the airport to receive his kids who had been brought around by his former baby mama Zari Hassan.
Zari who remained in South Africa where she does business finally came by to see Diamond Platinumz with whom they severed ways a few years ago after siring two bouncing babies who are now grownups.
It was excitement as Diamond fully embraced the three family members at the airport as his security kept clearing the the way for them. Cameras were also all over them from different media houses.
Diamond showed up with his full security team to give Princes Tiffah and Nillan a presidential reception.
Daughter Tiffah who has been mentioned in many of the Diamond songs, could be heard saying she ‘missed her Grandma Mama Dangote and dad Diamond Platinumz’.
Reacting to their coming to Tanzania, Zari said they were not about to mend fences but just co-parenting.
“At the airport they kept saying we alight so that they could see their father. There is a whole lot of things happening on social media but I think for me I just brought the kids because the father wants to see them. He really misses the kids for he has not been able to see them for two years. We are not together and I am just here for the kids,” Zari told media.
The single mother of two added that she is not sure how long Diamond will remain with them in Tanzania but she hopes for just a short time.
Diamond last sow his kids two years ago when he flew to South Africa during his many shows around the globe.
