ednesday, March 17, 2021 -Ndaragua legislator Jeremiah Kioni won’t be surprised if Deputy President William Ruto will be removed from office of Deputy party leader.
Ndaragua has observed that Ruto who last Monday March 15 was relieved from his Deputy party leadership role by their parties National Management Committee NMC, will soon face the full wrath from his boss President Uhuru Kenyatta who chairs the National Elections Council NEC.
“I will not be surprised if the Deputy President William Ruto is Impeached from the seat of the Deputy Party Leader. That does not mean he will stop being the Deputy President of the republic of Kenya. If you are in Jubilee and you are also in UDA, why don’t you go to Parliament and start from there,” Kioni posed.
He clarified that Ruto is nolonger needed in Jubilee Party despite him still hanging on as if nothing was happening.
“What the Deputy President is being told is give jubilee a space to complete it’s term,” said Jeremiah Kioni.
The MP mentioned that Ruto is himself to blame for all the problems haunting him. Kioni wondered why the DP decided to come up with a rival political party before his official resignation from the ruling party Jubilee.
But DP Ruto’s allies who laughed at the NMC move to remove Ruto have since told the Star that the Jubilee officials who are in office on an interim basis after their mandate allegedly expired, cannot carry out any removal of anyone from the party.
