Thursday, June 10, 2021 -Presidential aspirant Mukhisa Kituyi is allegedly embroiled in love differences with his Coast based clandestine.
The Clandestine yesterday accused the diplomat-turned-politician of assaulting her after she declined to spend a night with him.
The reports which Homenews.co.ke received indicate that the woman identified as Diana Opemi Lutta filed a report at Nyali Police Station under OB Number 10/22/05/2021 claiming that Kituyi had assaulted her after they fell out to agree on how they were going to spend their night.
Narrating what transpired between them in a hotel room, the woman claimed that angry Mukhisa pushed her from the bed and continuously kicked her while on the floor. She then sustained injuries during the scuffle.
“Assault report to the station by one Diana Opemi Lutta who had submitted a report on May 22, 2021.
“She has been assaulted by a person known to her within Tamarind village, namely Mukhisa Kituyi whom she claims to be her boyfriend.”
“Police advised her to seek medical attention for further police action after she was issued with a P3 form which was later filed at the Coast General Hospital,” read part of the police report as seen by Homenews.co.ke.
But reacting to the claims, Dr. Kituyi rubbished the reports saying he has never beaten any woman in his life.
The politician is married to Ling Kituyi and together they are blessed with four children – Ivar Makari Kituyi, Sitati Kituyi, Laila Kituyi and Thor Masalule Kituyi.
