Friday, March 22, 2024 –President Yoweri Museveni has officially appointed his son defense force boss.
Museveni, among other appointments announced today, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba was made the new Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) taking over from Gen Wilson Mbasu Mbadi.
He replaces Gen Wilson Mbasu Mbadi who was appointed Minister of State for trade in the new cabinet reshuffle announced this evening.
