Rare drama was witnessed in Bomet County after a police officer matched to a BBI Signature Station, grabbed the Forms and tore them apart.
He would later throw the remains into the river in an incident that has left residents and local authority in huge shock.
“He is a rude officer who claims he has high connections with people in power,” one anonymous local claimed.
The post was first made by Nominated Member at East Africa Legislator Assembly EALA Simon Mbugua who narrated how the officer staged an ugly argument with the local chief who was busy collecting signatures for the Building Bridges Initiative BBI.
Earlier in the day, the same senior police officer was found drinking before set time and when he was asked to leave the bar, he said he would never do that because he is a senior man.
He would later walk to the BBI station, confront the chief before he grabbed the Signature Forms and tore them away.
