Sunday, June 13, 2021 -Deputy President William Ruto has answered back ODM Party leader Raila Odinga and Wiper’s Kalonzo Musyoka who recently announced their come back through another coalition.
Speaking in Kangundo Constituency over the weekend during a burial ceremony, Deputy President William Ruto told those plotting to form an alliance to instead have an agenda for the country or face another defeat in 2022.
Ruto said he likes facing a group of ‘cowards’ anytime in an election so that he can prove to them that he is massively supported more than anyone else in the country.
“I want to give them free advice, fold your parties and form one. We want to defeat you all together,” Ruto stated.
He asked his supporters to be ready for a landslide win in 2022 since many suffering Kenyans will be throwing weight behind the Hustler Nation to make their dream true.
“Mkiona wale wenzetu wameanza kuingiza maji kwa tumbo, Niliskia wao Jana wakisema wasipoungana Hustler atawanyorosha asubuhi na mapema. Nataka niwaambie hiyo safari ya kuuangana ni mzuri. (Our competitors have started to fear, I heard them yesterday saying if they don’t team up the Hustler will defeat them. I want to tell them teaming up is a good idea),” said Ruto
He was responding to latest remarks from Hon Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka and Governor Charity Ngilu who urged each other to remain together to be able to beat Ruto in the forthcoming election.
“If Kalonzo and Raila fail to unite ahead of 2022, then Ruto will definatey have a field day in 2022. We must accept and work with Raila so that we beat Ruto.
“How will the Kamba community benefit if they choose to vote for Kalonzo and lose the presidency?” she posed.
They were speaking during the burial service of former Kibwezi MP Kalembe Ndile who was buried on Friday June 11 at his Mbui Nzau village home in Makueni County.
Raila and Kalonzo worked together in the moribund NASA Coalition that, despite losing, gave Jubilee Party a run for their money in 2017. They were also in the 2013 CORD.
