He said, due to that, he has opened wide gates heading to his rural home for the investigations to commence so that to ascertain for those doubting what exactly happened before the death of Kizito Moi Amukune – his worker.
“Following wild, baseless, and false claims by some pseudo politicians in Kakamega, I’ve today been forced to indefinitely postpone the burial of my trusted fighter bull caretaker.
“Meanwhile, today, I hosted a team of DCI detectives at my Malinya Home for a thorough fact-finding mission over the unfortunate demise of the late Kizito Moi Amukune,” he announced in the statement shared on Wednesday January 31.
The politician said, the investigations will assist in putting to rest the increased speculations over whether he killed his worker or not.
“I’ve readily opened up my home to the police to afford them an opportunity to make credible and conclusive investigations into this sad death thereby enabling them to pursue the matter to a logical conclusion before burial plans continue,” he added.
MP Khalwale was responding to claims from Kakamega tycoon Cleophas Shimanyula Toto who told members of the media that he(Khalwale) participated in the murder of the 47-year old worker for cheating with his village wife.

Toto, a prominent businessman and the owner of Homeboyz FC in Kakamega Town, told the press that the politician was angered after finding out that his farmworker had been cohabitating with one of his dear wives in Malinya home.
The late Kizito, according to the senator, had worked for him for over 20 years.
He was discovered dead on Saturday after reportedly being gored by Khalwale’s bull Inasio on Friday last week.
