Sunday, February 25, 2024 -Butere Member of Parliament MP Tindi Mwale has allegedly been recorded in a audio tape exchanging bitterly with a voter.

In the clip shared widely by one of his voters from Butere sub-county and who was trying to find out why the MP was not performing, Tindi, instead, can be heard hurling unprintable words at the female person on the other end.

He is heard fearlessly telling her off and daring her to report fraud claims with the Statehouse, DCI or any other country’s top authority.

“Take me anywhere. Record and share it with the public. I do not care. Take the clip to even President Ruto or the DCI.

“I cannot respect people of no character like you,” he is heard charging at some point.

This is when the soft-spoken lady attempted to cool him down so that they can reason together on what is happening on the ground.

“What we demand mheshimiwa is development. Is this how you can address your voters. Why are you always abusive to us who campaigned for you?” the female voice is heard pleading.

In his response, MP Mwale, insults her as an imbecile lady who takes refuge in Kisumu hotels where she is coached by unknown men to attack him. He even dares to name the male persons behind her political tantrums.

The lady then dares him to go ahead and name them but he fumbles to name anyone as he asks the lady never to vote for him again since he can win any election without her single vote.

“Never vote for me any day. I will lead without your vote. Don’t think you are my god,” he went on to respond.

MP Mwale is elected on an Orange Democratic Movement ODM Party ticket.
