And on Monday August 22, Mr. Raburu, also a news presenter, announced his debut on Tv 47 which is owned by Prof. Simon Gicharu.

“I’m excited to be joining Kenya’s fastest-growing media house, TV47,” stated Raburu.

“This partnership shows their commitment to diversity, quality and excellence, and I’ll be joining a team that continues to exhibit and grow these amazing tenets. Buckle your seatbelts! We are in for an amazing ride,” an elated Raburu added.

Armed with both experience, history and huge screen and social following, Mr. Raburu is definitely going to deliver at his new job at Tv47.

Apart from being a versatile media personality, he has ability to connect well with the youth bracket through his entertainment and street-smart skills.

His youthful engagement will, therefore, help the new home to rake in numbers in viewership; just like he did at Citizen Tv on 10-over-10 Friday night show that focused on music and the youths.

He had worked at Citizen for a period of 13 years reading news and running different shows on both radio stations and Tv.
