Orange Democratic Movement ODM boss Raila Odinga has asked their supporters not to worry about 2022 race saying that would be his easiest shot in the history if this country.
Speaking this on Friday September 25th, Odinga indicated that he was not sleeping on job and that Kenyans should be ready to see a political monster coalition in 2022.
He added that together with likeminded parties, he will be forming an unbreakable alliance that will make life very difficult for Deputy William Ruto.
He said DP Ruto’s continues calls for opposition to plan its way for 2022 or risk losing to him were laughable.
The ODM party leader who was speaking in Machakos County during his party’s National Executive Committee meeting said he was free to build a formidable force with anyone as long as it added value to his party’s ambitions.
Though the National Super Alliance is technically dead, Mr. Odinga mentioned that new better things were awaiting him ahead.
He told the NEC that the future looked very promising after he started working with Mr. Uhuru Kenyatta.
“Our existing alliance with the pro-reform wing of Jubilee led by the President has seen the country move forward in critical areas like fighting corruption and initiating key development projects evenly to more parts of the country,” Raila noted.
David Murathe, the Jubilee Vice Chairman, has not once promised to rally all Jubilee loyals behind the Raila Odinga presidency in 2022.
According to Murathe who is a close Uhuru ally, Raila’s presidency was now inevitable and that Kenyans should start preparing for it this early.
