Friday, March 19, 2021 -One half of the Longombas Christian Longomba has finally been buried in the United States US.
The late Longomba was buried on Thursday March 18 in an invites only event where a handful of Kenyan celebs also traveled to give their former colleague the last respect.
His twin brother who is now a servant of God Lovi shared a series of photos showing how the burial went down.
He thanked everyone who attended the event and who supported the family all through the difficult times.
“Thank you, Lord Jesus, for the life of your servant and my brother Christian Longomba. He was always yours and now he has returned unto you. Glory and honour belongs to you now and forever. Abba, comfort the family and his faithful supporters, Amen,” Lovy said.
The late Christian was buried in a snow white coffin and also laid to rest in a clean white grave. His family released scores of doves in the air after laying him down.
Later in the evening, an emotional Lovi made a sermon in regard to his brother who battled Brain tumour for over 10 years.
The late Cristian breathed his last while receiving his treatment at Downtown Los Angels Hospital in the US.
“To be absent from the body is to be present with The Lord. I love you Christian, My brother, my friend & partner but Jesus loves you more. Enjoy Heaven,” brother Lovi posted on his social media platform.
Longombas ruled the Kenyan airwaves several years ago with club bangers like Dondosa, Vuta Pumz, Shika More, Queen etc. Most of their works still linger in many peoples’ minds.
