Monday, December 28, 2020 -Deputy President William Ruto’s newly registered Party has fired a first warning shot at Jubilee Party just a day after its inception.
In a fresh tweet just seen by Dundapost.com news blog, the United Democratic Alliance UDA Party seemed to chest thumb on winning the Nairobi by-election slated afew months from now.
“United Democratic Alliance candidate for Nairobi will beat @JubileePartyK and @TheODMparty candidates with a good margin. Dennis Waweru and @edwinsifuna should be ready for a Tough battle from Margaret Wanjiru. UDA party will be a game changer!” read the tweet.
The owners of the party have also asked their die hard supporters to start giving their opinion on who they think can be the best candidate for the race.
“@UDAPARTY_KENYA will be having consultations with all #HustlerNation candidates for Nairobi By-Election Gubernatorial race to come up with one strong candidate. Keep sending suggestions of your preferred candidate for United Democratic Alliance in Nairobi County,” they wrote.

In clear and simple terms, UDA is the Tangatanga group and a splinter of Jubilee Party which was formed by both President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto.
The UDA Chairman, according to the registrar of political parties, is former Machakos Senator Johnston Muthama.
