Speaking on Saturday during his Bomet political visit, the Moi’s son clarified that he is not interested in succession war and that his main agenda was to reach out to every community in the country for unity.
He urged ODM not to link him to any 2022 succession and endorsements because he believes in democracy and the will of the people.
“The Building Bridges Initiative is not a matter we need to dwell on for long. People have made their choice through County Assemblies,” Moi said.
But his sentiments are coming at a time when his supporters including MP William Kamket and KANU Secretary General Nick Salat have maintained that their party leader must be on the ballot in 2022.
