I am not a Drunkard Person, Ruto tells Supporters

Saturday, March 6, 2021 -Deputy President William Ruto has assured his Hustler Nation that he will make sure their lives are better when he takes power in 2022.

Ruto who was yesterday Friday March 5 busy on a series of road shows in Meru and Maua to meet his hustler community of supporters, said his focus is to the less fortunate members of the society whom he wants to make sure their lives don’t remain the same again after he is sworn into office.

He seized the opportunity to mention that whatever he was speaking about will not be thrown away when he is in power because he is a sober man than the rest of the leaders in the country.

“I know what I’m saying, my friends. I am not crazy. I am not stupid. I am not drunk, I know what I’m saying,” he told the crowds who appeared not keen with him.

He had to quickly switch to farming topic so that he could be listened to by assuring locals that farming agenda will be a priority in his government.

“We will allocate government funds to push the farmer’s agenda starting next year to ensure every farmer, mama mboga and boda boda riders are catered for, every year,” said Ruto.

The DP went ahead to point out how their Jubilee administration had achieved a lot in terms of development than all the past regimes.

The second in command was in Meru where he officially opened both the renovated Kirigara Primary School classrooms and Kirigara Mixed secondary School Laboratory Complex in Central Imenti.

He utilized the opportunity to also launch a multipurpose hall and library at Kilalali Secondary School in Igembe South.

His entourage comprised Mathira MP Rigathi Gachagua and Igembe South MP John Paul.
