Thursday, March 4, 2021 -After missing for three days, Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho finally showed up at Raila’s ongoing BBI tour in the Coastal Region.
Odinga who pitched camp at the Coast for his weeklong BBI popularization tour, has been attracting mammoth crowds in the absence of Joho who many said was on ago slow following his fight to dislodge Odinga from the ODM flag bearer position 2022. This saw Mr. Odinga, the other day, address the issue saying Joho was free to vie for Presidency.
And on Thursday March 4, photos emerged in the morning showing the two leaders, Joho and Raila, address their supporters at Kongowea in Nyali.
Raila just like Joho, urged residents to support the calls for a Referendum so that their region can get more resources at the grassroots.
“Tumeanzia ziara yetu ya Kaunti ya Mombasa pale Kongowea kwa Karama, eneo Bunge la Nyali,” Odinga captioned their photo with Governor Joho.
