Popular Kenyan singer David Mathenge or Nameless has revealed how his dad Mr. Mathenge has been sick and hispitalised at Aga Khan Hospital Nairobi for almost two weeks.
The 84 year old man, according to the artist’s social media update, has been battling Subdural Hematon, a condition that always leads to blood clotting which had affected his dad in the head.
Taking to his Instagram page on Thursday Sept 17th, an excited Nameless thanked all the medics at the facility for saving the old man’s life at last with hopes that the situation will remain stable atleast for the family to rest.
“Today I give thanks to God because he got discharged and the doctor was happy with his recovery process. (That’s why I was dancing like a mad man Jana) Now it is just some home nursing care and mzee will be good,” he captioned.
The old Mathenge underwent a successful medical surgery that saw him spend ten days in hospital under great care of Dr. David Olunya, an established neuro-surgeon professional.
