According to the authorities, the June 6 Southern By-pass crash left the man on the wheel dead on the spot as four passengers managed to survive – who included four men aged between 21 and 28 years old.
Police led by Lang’ata OCPD Benjamin Mwathi said the incident took place near Ngong Road By-pass at night.

News doing round indicated that the group was drunk and were rushing home during the curfew hours when their car caused the accident.

The driver’s body has since been moved to the mortuary.
